The transportation of goods throughout the city to the Volkswagen manufacturing facility is a model for efficient and environmentally sound transportation. From electric-powered cargo trams in the city, to driverless, battery-operated trolleys controlled by magnets beneath the floor in the factory, the green goal at Volkswagen is achieved.
